About
Sheridan Scholastica
For more than 25 years, Sheridan has devoted herself to the healing arts — blending traditional massage, intuitive bodywork, and energetic therapies into experiences that deeply nurture the whole person.

Sheridan has lived and trained in Australia, China, Japan and Slovenia, and holds a Diploma of Massage and a Master of Social Science by research (ECU). She has trained with Rebecca Baron as a certified Remote Viewer, and with Dr Dain Heer as a Symphony of Possibilities (remote healing) Practitioner. Sheridan is a passionate Collaborative Problem Solving advocate, having trained with the creator of this method of working with children to resolve their problems, Dr Ross Greene. And is a trauma informed therapist with training in Gabor Mates Compassionate Inquiry approach.

"I have travelled the world learning from the masters of my work, and now I feel ready to share what I have learned as both a teacher and a healer."

Sheridan's practice is a warm, welcoming space where the body unwinds, the nervous system softens, and deeper layers of healing can rise naturally. Her work extends beyond one-to-one healing sessions into education, family support, and community connection.
Sheridan is also writing a book based on her postgraduate research, honouring children who are “different”. Her passion lies in seeing people deeply — children, adults, families — and supporting them in expressing what is true for them.

Whether receiving bodywork, learning new tools, or joining a heartfelt community conversation, time with Sheridan is an invitation into gentleness, curiosity, and profound self-awareness.
